Do you like one of our house plans - except for some things you wish you could change?
Steve Nyhof Enterprises, Inc, offers design modification services for all of our house plans. Alterations are available for all plans, however, there are times when the modifications you are requesting would take more time to complete then having a new plan drawn. So Steve Nyhof Enterprises, Inc reserves the right to turn down such a request. If that would be the case, A new design should be proposed. • Modification work is provided on an hourly basis at $75.00 per hour.
• Call our office, (616) 494-6083, for an estimated fee for the desired modifications. Please Note: Complex modifications may require additional fees of $75.00 per hour for phone or office consultation that may be applied toward the final fees.
• Standard completion time can take one to two weeks.
• The existing plan must be purchased first before we make any changes, and the remaining modification fees are to be paid prior to shipping, or picked up at our office.
